Postage

Please note that we are experiencing delays in items being delivered due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes and international postage delays your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive.

We offer a flat UK postage rate of £4.00, International orders are charged at £9.00. Stickers are UK postage rate of £0.01, International orders are charged at £1.50

Orders are posted within 4 working days of purchase via Royal Mail, unless the item is on Preorder. In the case of Preorder the estimated dispatch date will be stated in the item description.

Please allow 7 days for UK delivery and 30 days for International Delivery.

Please note international customers are responsible for import and customs fees. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Returns

Under your statutory rights, customers purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their order. Cancelled orders must be returned unworn within 14 days from the date of order cancellation in order to receive a refund via the original payment method. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

For items found to be faulty, please return the item within 30 days to receive a full refund via the original payment method.

We cannot provide a refund for custom items / items bought to order and all returns will be paid with a credit note to spend on findersbeepers.co.uk
